Pre-requisites
Before you start conversing with your customers using the SMS-Magic mobile app, make sure to fulfill the following prerequisites:
- Install the mobile app on your iOS or Android device
- The customer should have an active SMS-Magic account with an active plan
- User needs to have an SMS-Magic Salesforce license
- SMS-Magic application basic setup should be completed in the Salesforce CRM
- Message credits should be available to send SMS
