We have our application hosted at the U.S., Europe, and AU data centers. You can choose to host your data at either of these data centers.

2. If the production data centre is hosted in Australia, where will be the data back up hosted?
If the production data center is hosted in Australia, the data back up will also be hosted in Australia.
3. What data do you store in your servers?
We only store minimal customer contact information and SMS data in our servers.
4. Is Screen-Magic ISO 27001 compliant?
Yes, Screen-Magic is ISO 27001 compliant. We have received our certification in 2017. Please contact care@sms-magic.com for more information.
