At 160 characters or less, messages can list multiple properties or a single property with more details. And since everyone’s busy these days, it’s a good idea to send these invites out a couple of days in advance, with reminders one day out and the day of.

With that intel, you can create segmented lists to receive messages about specific open houses that match their interests, such as location, size and the number of bathrooms and bedrooms.
