You can view the Incoming and Outgoing Messages Report under the respective tabs for SMS and WhatsApp channel.

You can see more details for each outgoing and incoming record in the Report, by clicking on the Info icon in the Details column.

SMS History

Few details available for Outgoing SMS Messages are –

IdOutgoing Message Identifier
Mobile NumberRecipient’s Mobile Number
Sender IdSender ID used to send this message
CreatedOnThe date and time the message was sent
TextText of the Message sent
MMS MediaView the Media file in the sent message if the message type is MMS
Sent StatusSent status of the message from SMS-Magic Platform

CreditsNumber of Message Credits consumed in sending this message
Push StatusThe status of message sync with the connected CRM.

Filter whastapp messages

Search Messages

You can search the Outgoing / Incoming SMS and WhatsApp Messages Report using the Mobile Number of Recipient. Enter 8 or more digits to search. Click Enter or click on the search icon, to begin the search.

Note: Currently, you can only download SMS and Facebook History reports.

Download Message History Reports https://www.sms-magic.com/docs/portal/knowledge-base/download-message-history-reports/ Mon, 27 Jul 2020 07:53:30 +0000 https://www.sms-magic.com/docs/portal/?post_type=lsvr_kba&p=920 You can generate and download monthly message history reports and receive those on your registered email address. Outgoing and Incoming message history reports are generated separately.

Note: Currently, you can only download SMS and Facebook History reports.

You can follow the below steps to generate message history reports-

  • Click on Download Outgoing/Incoming Report
  • Click on Generate New Report
  • Select the Time period for which you wish to download the Message History Report
  • Click on Generate Report
  • Once the Report is Generated, it will be sent to your registered email address and will also be available for download
  • At a time, you can generate a report over a period of 1 month. To generate more reports, change the time period while repeating the steps above.

  • Click on Download Outgoing/Incoming Report
  • Click on Download Generated Report
  • All the so far Generated Reports will be listed
  • Click on the Download link for the Report you wish to download

When a rule condition is evaluated to TRUE an alert is generated and an email is sent to the registered email address as a notification. To know more, click here.

Click on the Analytics menu and then click on Alerts button to Alerts and Subscription Management.

A few scenarios for which you can set up Alerts –

  1. Send Alert for Incoming messages received on a selected Sender ID immediately or during a specified time interval on certain days.
  2. Send Alert daily when the Total Credits used is greater than your daily SMS Credits quota.
  3. Send Alert weekly if your Message Delivery Success Rate Drop is higher than your estimated value.
  4. Say you are running a huge campaign, set up an alert to notify you hourly if the Number Of Incoming Messages is greater than a certain value since the campaign was initiated. This way you will get an immediate update on your Campaign Response Stats.
